Well I know this has been covered allot but the common solutions are what I installed. I installed a new ignition harness from Continental 2 weeks ago along with a new exhaust system and Turbo. I didn't change anything other than pull out the old wires harness and add the new one. During the test flight I now had static on both 750's only when receiving which is not present when the engine is not running. The static was not present before the new harness. I checked all the normal electrical things like isolating systems, Alternator, strobes, 930, etc and no change. I installed new Bogert P leads, no change. Moved the plug wires away from any other wires like CHT and EGT. I adjusted the squelch on the 750's and no change. The static is a high frequency crackling noise and not a hum. The stronger the transmitting radio, the less the static. The Mag was just rebuilt a couple months ago and new capacitors were installed. The static does not change when selecting L or R. Transmissions, Intercom and XM are clear. The WX500 is acting normally, no ghost strikes.
I am guessing there is an issue with the harness shielding but don't have a tester. Any ideas on what I could do to further diagnose this one? Could the harness cap be an issue?

Thanks!!
