Identify PA-23 Instrument Panel

Hi.
I recently purchased this instrument panel on Ebay with the purpose of building a GA flight simulator cockpit.

The seller claims this is a part out of a PA-23, however I haven't been able to find any photographs of actual cockpits with this particular layout. Is it really a PA-23 panel? If so, does anyone have a photo of it in use? If not, does anyone know what model aircraft it may have come from?
