So, Dawley sold out to AWI. AWI sold out to Hartzell. YUCK.
Dawley was always great and fair on exhaust.
AWI/Dawley (now Hartzell) is a casualty just like Skytec. Skytec used to be wonderful. The starters are still not ruined yet but the customer service sure is and prices are rocketing.
Anyway, I am trying another independent exhaust shop not owned by China and will report my experience.
Hartzell owns Plane Power now too. Sad.
Sad what has happened to Continental...ECI...Superior... sickening really.
I still like Hartzell props although prices... dear Lord.
