How many hours for a tanks out inspection?

Can anybody come up with a guess of how many man hours it takes to do the "tanks out" inspection. Excluding any repainting of the internals.

Also I presume the replacement rubber hoses and other parts costs are not huge. I am guessing parts might be $100?

Any help or comments welcome
