Hello folks, was looking around for old Piper reference on the web and stumbled across you all. I just bought N8083Y (79 Dakota) from a nice gent in NV and brought it home to DFW this past weekend.

In the process of moving here so not set in stone, but will probably be based at F46, hangar and fuel cost considered.

Third generation flying in my family, grandad was a mechanic from the late 40s, dad owned and flew a Super Cub until cows ate it after an engine out landing into a pasture :???:, and this is my first plane, been beating up rentals for about a year and a half.
