Has anyone been able to keep water out of their Saratoga?

Our plane has always been hangared, but on the occasion when we overnight somewhere outside we routinely get water in the cabin through both doors. The carpet on the back left seat gets soaked along with the corner behind the copilot seat. We've replaced door seals and adjusted the tension on the closing latches. Should I just get a good rainproof cover or can anyone recommend a good solution?
