I have been having issues with my 1970 PA-28-180E. It has a Lycoming O-360-A4A (540HRS SMOH). The engine has been cranking when I turn the key, with 3-4 primes. The engine does not turn over however. I am able to get it started with about 5-6 more primes, and turning the key, as the last prime is getting pushed in. This issue presents itself with both a hot and cold start. To date, the following assessments/changes have been made, which have not changed the issue (I may have forgotten some as well):
-Mag Check Completed
-Timing is verified
-New Iridium Spark Plugs have been added.
-Contact for the ignition key checked.
-Fuel Nozzle is not clogged or malfunctioning
-No Fuel Leaks found.

My mechanic has also called Lycoming and and a carburetor specialist, both of whom have not been able to provide any additional guidance in assessing or rectifying the issue. I would think that others have experienced this issue, and am curious to see what thoughts there might be for what could be the issue/what a fix could be.
