Hangar door designs and cost estimates

Hi All,
I have an opportunity to sell my hanger and build a replacement to suit. While I'm fairly knowledgeable on the basics of building/construction/estimating, I'm somewhat at a loss on the door aspect. Do any of you have suggestions? Is there a solid DIY solution to help keep costs under control?
