Gust Lock Block Mounted behind new Panel

Does anyone have any info on mounting the gust lock block behind the panel. My mech says its fine and it will not interfer with full up elevator throw.

I mounted mine behind my new panel and it looks great and i have seen several Lances on Controller with them mounted behind a metal panel.

I am researching to find out the max up elevator in degrees to check it. If anyone has any ideas where I might fine that info with out calling piper pls let me know.
