I guess it is to be expected with a 40 year old airplane, but the glare shield on our 1979 Turbo Lance is beginning to crack in a couple of places due to old age. The aircraft has always been hangared and only gets sun when airborne or on the ramp at a destination airport. Looking for some experienced guidance on how to best repair, and if that's not possible, what to expect for replacement.
