I am looking for suggestions or better yet, examples on how others have had their fuel flow transducer installed in O-360 (carburetor type engines). The instructions call for the transducer to mount between the mechanical fuel pump and the carburetor. I attached a picture of the current hose routing. The instructions also require the transducer to mount 7" from the carburetor. Furthermore, the top of the transducer needs to point up, with wires coming out of the top. We are trying to follow the STC and installation documents, but are finding that we are limited to how to do this and not extend the original length of hose per the STC requirements. Any suggestions are welcome.
