I looking to sell my T-Hanger at Monticello Regional Airport (KMXO) in Monticello, IA. It is in very good condition with plenty of lighting and a floor drain upgrade. Electric door, insulated, and very nice with additional floor drain added running full width just inside the door. I am willing to lease the hanger if I cannot find a buyer. Lease would be contingent on 60 day vacancy if a buyer is found and the hanger sells.
