Dad has too many candles on his birthday cake. So ingress/egress has become a problem for him. He now wants a highwing of some sort.
(early 172, 175, etc) So he can just sit, and swing in.

And I absoloutly love th' li'l Cherokee. But he's got the controlling interest, and he's Dad too. So here goes:
1969 PA28-140
~4700TT
~600 since major overhaul (I'll consult the logs and post exact numbers later)
Paint 2016.
annual due in either Jul. or Aug. 2017 (I'll report back in a day or two)
complete logs to day one.
No major issues.
Interrior is dated but functional. with fuzzy seatcovers in front.
good (UV) glass, except slightly crazed 1/4 glass.
Gel cell Concorde battery.
ELT battery due in 2018
Terra 340D
KX125 w/GS (believe it or not, it's there and works very well)
MK12D w/GS
KT76A
4 place intercom. (sigtronix)
overhauled all brake master cylinders, new brake hoses to the calipers.
2 new seat tracks
Replaced all wing attach bolts inspected the holes, and found to be in great shape.
new sump drains.
Re-weigh and calculate W&B at annual.
There were some things I was going to do this winter, such as new interrior, and mabe LED lights, and ADS-B. But I gotta keep Dad happy.
So, Lookin' for a 172, or some other highwing of similar ilk.
Anyway, based upon comperable askin' prices for 140s, I'll ask $27k and we'll go from there.
