Logs:
I have the last 25 years of Logs for the Aircraft. I do have the entire log history for the engine. My partner said that the previous owner had misplaced/lost the first 20 years of the AC log. I know some will be scared away about the logs, so was I. However, after I flew the bird and reviewed the last 25 years of maintenance on the ac and reviewed the Engine log, that was put to rest.
I have flown the plane 55 hrs in the past 12 months and will continue to fly it on that average until it is sold. The plane trues at 130-135 knots on 9-10 gph.
If you're interested and in the area, I will be happy to show you the plane anytime. We can also take a short demonstration flight for serious buyers.
Thanks
