I recall seeing somewhere, a kit to replace the gasket around the pilot "storm" window, for the older framed windows. The parts catalog says part number "13945 40" and a description of "STRIP - Rubber, storm window frame seal". It's a round material, unlike the frameless window seals which are more of a flat strip such as Knots2U has at https://www.knots2u.net/window-seal-vent-window-self-adhesive-piper-pa-28-pa-32-pa-34-ads-p302/

Is it https://www.skygeek.com/piper-51234-002-seal-storm-window.html ? Or is that too large of diameter rubber?
