Hello,

I'm planning a flight from Jacksonville to Pensacola Florida. The sectional is full of MOA's and restricted airways. Victor Airway 198 seems like a good bet. Can anyone advise on the best route to take when going VFR or is this one of those "IFR Required" areas?
