First test run today after overhauled impulse mag, new plugs, harness, and Surefly install on my '75 Arrow.
Took mag/start switch apart for cleaning of contacts, re-lube and removal of the the 'start' jumper so that all 8 plugs are now firing during starts.
Unbelievable how quickly it now starts both hot and cold, and the hot start is almost immediate. Both of my mags had roughly 900 hours since replacement/overhaul in '94 so I figured it was prudent to have the impulse mag completely overhauled and at the same time, switch to the electronic on the right side.
Would like to open the gap on the electronic mag side but don't want to risk damaging those new ($$$) plugs.

Joe
