Finished up the new window install on the Arrow today and it came out great.
Used Great Lakes Aero for the windows and foam and they got them to me in a week. Also used Bostik 1100FS in addition to the foam and it performed as advertised. Lot of taping on both the fuse and window made for perfect seam lines when finished.
Instead of trying to install the #4 screws while setting the windows in place, I used 3/32 clecos to hold all the trim pieces in place until the Bostik set up overnight.
Installed the screws today and pulled the paper with no real issues other than a few holes that needed to be upsized to #6 PK screws for a tight grip.
