This is sort of a vent and call for any info regarding exhaust components for a 1999 saratoga II TC (TIO-540-AH1A engine).

Plane went in for annual June 1 - they found a small hole in a weld of i believe cylinder 4 section of the exhaust. My A+P sent to the well known repair shop in Loomis Cali after being told a 2-3 week turn around time. At 2 weeks we started calling almost daily with very little information and finally at 3 weeks they said it was still sitting on the shelf waiting to be evaluated - they hadn't even touched it.:twisted::twisted:

Currently at week 4 after almost daily phone calls and they tell us yesterday that it's another 2-3 weeks. I am losing my mind. I know the saying regarding needing to be somewhere in GA - fly commercial.

I have called a bunch of places as well as my A+P to see if we can source components without any luck - was hoping some of you knowledgeable people here might know where to look or if someone had one laying around i'd be willing to pay top dollar!!
