Excessive Water in Fuel Tank

Friends, lately I’ve been sumping a significant amount of water from one tank during preflight. I switched the fuel cap with the opposite wing, and the water dutifully followed the cap. So at least I know what the problem is. As for the solution, can the rubber seal on the bottom of the cap be replaced? Do I need to buy a whole new cap? Thanks in advance for any insights!
