I have a 1977 Piper Cherokee Cruiser with a 0-320-E3D, it has the upgrade from RAM that allows the motor to be 160 horse for like the first five minutes lol. When it’s time to overhaul I would like to switch to the 0-320-D3G to get the full 160. I seen that RAM has the new to you where you get a brand new one with STC for about 40,000, is there any other option to get maybe an overhauled 0-320-D3G with STC and installed for a legal swap?
