I have a 1984 Dakota and usually don't fly in the colder weather. The plane has a Reiff engine heater. I also have a cowl cover. I am going to fly on Saturday. Would it be bad to plug it in on Tuesday for that trip, or am I better off going out on Thursday or Friday to plug it in?

Thanks,
Mark
