Hey all -

We are in the middle of an engine overhaul (PA28R-200, IO360-C1C). Our baffling is in good enough shape to re-use per mechanic, however there is one spot where the sheet metal part of the baffle has some damage where it directly interfaces on one of the cylinders. The silicone/rubber and rest of the baffle is in good condition, so we are hesitant to spend the money on a new baffle assy. Anyone have guidance on if these can be spot-repaired easily? If anyone has any good shop references I can send them pics to get a professional opinion.

Thanks team
Adam
