Bought a 6XT in July and just had an EGT put in to try and understanding more about high EGTs - pretty consistent. As I got to looking at the baffling, I found that although the baffles are in good condition, they do not seal well at all. I am going to start working on sealing things up but would like to see some pics of some IO-540 engine compartments with proper baffling.
