I have had a local machine shop cut the necessary parts from 2024T3 aluminum sheet on their CNC waterjet machine. The doubler and access cover are sized identically as the originals. I’ve added the predrilled holes for the 20 rivets securing the doubler to the wing skin to ease installation.

The DIY (“Do it Yourself or Do it to Yourself” lol) Kit consists of two doublers, two flat covers, sixteen nutplates, and sixteen stainless screws. Installation instructions included. Doublers and covers require deburring, painting, and dimpling. Cost $60 per kit, PM me to purchase or with questions regarding DIY kit
