Delays at Lycoming Plant

Hi all, just fyi I was notified by airpower there are delays with lycoming with the manufacture of my factory overhauled engine. In part they told me when I asked for an update, "I’m sorry, I have not received any updates from the factory. It has become increasingly difficult to get an accurate lead time from them, as they are operating at full capacity. Due to very high demand and limited parts availability, they are frequently running into delays. Unfortunately, this has affected almost every current engine order." Just fyi in case you're in the market. tc
