Custom molded ear plugs.... anyone have experience?

I fly with the HALO headset and enjoy the comfort and low maintenance of this style of headset over the earcup styles. I am considering getting a set of custom-molded ear pieces for my headset, as I understand they fit comfortably and easily without a lot of fiddling to get a good seal.

Has anyone here gone down that road? Any audiologists on the forum?
