Crankcase pressurization test

Compiling parts so my IA and myself can do a crankcase pressurization test on my O-360 during annual. I remember reading somewhere about a substitute cap that could be used in the oil dipstick filler tube on Lycoming O-360's. Anyone have any ideas?
