Hey All - I am considering putting an EDM830 in while my plane is getting it's ADSB later this year. I have a faulty ammeter, so was thinking of using the volts readout from the 830. So, a couple of questions:
1. Do I need an ammeter if it was original equipment? the 830 has a voltmeter.
2. What Options should I consider for my 1977 Archer II? I was thinking of the Carb heat option.
3. How about IAT?

Thanks, Eric
