Owner fired it up and smelled smoke in the cockpit. Shut down engine and exited aircraft. Strobes can be seen operating while it burned. Possibly left electrical supply on instead of turning it off when he smelled smoke. Fire department showed up after more than 10 minutes. Understandable, it was lunch time.
