Just an observation, not an indictment. Watching the PA-28-235 market lately, I’ve noticed an uptick in PA-235’s for sale. What I’ve noticed is that the prices seem to be all over the scale. Everything from six figures for a mid-1960’s to five figures for a newer year with expected overhaul time. It seems some folks have sunk a lot of money into avionics & think the aircraft is now worth twice as much. Is this higher asking price for new avionics in an old aircraft really justified? Would like some opinions.
