Does anyone have or know if Piper updated the approved oil and lubricant via a Certification Deviation Document for early model Piper aircraft? LPS and other lubricants, widely used today on a variety of newer aircraft, were not available back in the day during certification of my 1977 Turbo Arrow.

Never seen one. The lubrication chart in the Service/ Maintenance Manual has the Mil spec for the items needed. I just use the latest version of each Mil spec. LPS-3 is approved as a corrosion retardant.
