We have a 62 Comanche 250. We just installed a digital CO meter. Got some surprising results on the first flight with it. On the ground, it was about 10 ppm. In the air, the highest was 25 ppm. Checked out our Cherokee as well as a Mooney, neither got above zero.

We have dual exhaust on the Comanche. Plane is in annual now. Going to have the mechanic check the exhaust and SCAT hosts. The exhaust is fairly new. Has anyone else had any issues with a Comanche? If you had problems, what were they?

Should I be concerned with this level?
