My Son's 18th Birthday is coming up and he has mentioned a few times about going camping. Until up to about 10 years ago, I have always owned a camp tent. Obviously, I have not used it in a while as when I went to go look for it, I could not find it. Perhaps, I let someone borrow it and it never found it's way back.
Anyone have a recommendation for a decent economical 2-3 person camp tent. Something maybe under $100 as I don't know how much continued interest he will have. Also something that will be compatible with the plane, Compact and lightweight when stored. We live in Virginia along the Appalachian Mountain Chain, so I figure I can locate a couple airports that allow camping on the field....
