Okay, I know about the difficulties bleeding Piper brakes, but I haven't found a solution to the problem we've come across. On my PA34-200T (Seneca II) we've bled the brakes for several hours and are not getting any more air bubbles. The brakes, both sides and the hand brake, are still developing no pressure. Nothing. We've tried removing the master cylinders and putting them horizontal. We've bled them using the gravity method, pressure method, and recirculating fluid to the reservoir method. We've rebuilt two master cylinders (hand brake and right co-pilot, both showing leaks) and will rebuild the other three tomorrow, although I don't believe that will make a difference. We don't have any more leaks. I suspect expanding brake lines, although I have steel braided lines. I believe they are original, though.

My IA, who is a well respected Piper mechanic and owner, is about as frustrated as I am.

Does anyone have suggestions?
