This is one that you read in aviation magazines, the one that happens to someone, but when it happens to you it's not funny no more.

I showed up at the airport to fly my plane from San Diego to Riverside to pick up my daughter from school and guess what? A beehive by the spinner inlet. make the story short I had to drive up to Riverside.

By the way if you think you can get rid of them by flying, no way, it does not work, I tried it. I had to buy a spray that you can use from 27 feet and spray them, not all die, you will need to give it a few hours before are all gone.
