Why were the rear spars replaced? Corrosion issues? I have never heard of having to replace rear spars.

Asking price?

I bought plane in Aug 2018. So at my first annual (Apr 2019) I insisted that all ADs and SBs be complied with.
Re Spar: Complied with SB. Yes there was slight corrosion.
Am asking $74,495 since I’m including sidewinder tug, cover & battery charger. Will consider reasonable offer.
Thank you for your response.
