Hi there...new 235 owner here and my 1st post to this forum. My '65 still has the rotating beacon. Well, it stopped rotating so I took the lens off to see if I could free it up. I had some solvent on my hands from cleaning the leading edges and the glass slipped out of my hands. I was on a ladder and I swear it was in super slo mo as it was falling...seemed like it took 30 seconds to fall to the hangar floor and shattered upon impact. I think its a perfect time to go ahead and switch to a strobe but I'm curious if anyone has a red lens laying around that I could buy? Please let me know...thanks!
