Our county owned, towered, class delta airport, KBGM, is getting self serve in 2023. I wanted to reach out to get ideas from others to share with our airport administration regarding discount schemes other airports may have for aircraft based at the airport. Some I know do discounts for prepaying in cash. Others credit towards rent. Any other creative ideas and specific examples would be appreciated. The idea I think is the airport should do anything it can to increase traffic so I really want to push this on our administration to take advantage of the self serve. Thank you!
