I've got a Janitrol upgrade from the Southwind in my 1965C. Just pressure/decay checked in the last year and good.

It just seems wimpy. 10F outside today at altitude and was just kinda lukewarm in front... cold in rear.

It is working... I just don't know how well it's supposed to be. Shop is looking at it today but wondered what you all thought it should be doing. Really prefer a toasty cabin.... we are just getting started and I'd like to be able to be shortsleeve with OAT of -20F if possible and I most certainly don't want my rear passengers suffering.
