Aztec gear issues

Hello all. I have a new to me D model aztec snd have been training to gain proficiency. On my last flight; the two main gear down lights would not come on on first cycle. When we manually held the gear lever down the right light would come on after about 10 seconds then tge left shortly after. We are going to dig into it this week but i am searching for insight first.
