Little background 69 PA30 with Tip tanks. This airplane spent it's early years based in France.Logs are a little iffy. I've had it since 2017. Recently I discovered the AUX L tank will not feed the left enginge. I also have a problem the the L tip tank.
The tip tank drain out via the overflow while sitting for an extended period. I don't know it they are related.
The mechanic is asking for schematics of the tip tank wiring. I don't have any.
