I flew from Savannah to southern Indiana today and the last half of the trip was fairly turbulent. I flew with my AP engaged the entire time and did reduce speed to below maneuvering speed when things got brisk or before flying through a decent buildup. The AP responded much faster that I could and kept things straight and level. Any thoughts and advice on using an AP in turbulence, or not using it?
Thanks,
Alan
