1977 Lance with Altimatic 111 autopilot. The shop has tried for over a year to fix the altitude hold. First they replaced the artificial horizon, then sent it out to have the transducer over hauled. Still not working right. Here's what it does. After climbing to altitude and engaging hold button it lowers the nose and then settles about 75 feet lower than engage altitude. Generally then it holds till its time to descend. Then once a new lower altitude is leveled off, then engaging altitude hold again it climbs 100 feet and gradually continues to climb slowly. Looking for any help. Or at least a suggestion for a good repair shop.
thanks
