Yes, at times it feels lonely at the neighborhood airport, even on a Saturday. Yes, I'd rather be buying than selling. There can be such variation in aircraft, avionics, maintenance, care & all the little things that add up to minimal trouble ownership.


Here's a list of what I put in my plane the last 2 years; 'Steve's Gascolator, copper battery cables, new exhaust, SL-30 Nav-Com, Mid Cont CDI with GS, Garmin 696 with XM wx, new fuel drain valves, new comm antenna with some wiring upgrades. I probably forgot a few things. New plugs & harness too.

Could I get my $$ back if I sold now, of course not.

Just remembered my 3 new tires too.
