Selling one of my Archers, the Flight school is slowing down and well, times are changing. I bought this plane after it was a traffic spotter in upstate NY, my friend bought it and passed, I got it from his widow. It had 10K hours on it then, it has been in Florida the last 3300. I put in the 430W, 330 transponder, the plane has been flown daily. It did 75-125 hours a month until this stupid covid. I just brought it in the shop and installed rear windows, had the front seats redone new door seal, and basically fixed little things here and there. The plane flies true and to the numbers. The AD on the piper spar does not include the 181 line. Cheapest Archer out there. 13300TT 1460 TSOH. Great ramp appeal, no corrosion, rear spar looks great.
Carpet on side panels is sun faded and front floor carpet is poor. Other than that she is ready to fly today. The decal on the aft fuselage will be removed.
