Are you a member of AOPA? I been a member since 1993 but it seems that in the last two years the articles that appear in the AOPA Magazine on reviews on aircraft and other topics are moving away from what a General Aviation Pilot fly.

Yes, I would like to see new aircraft and avionics and all but the majority of us don’t have access to them for financial reasons. We still fly Cherokees and Cessna’s make 50, 40,30 years ago.

I personally want to see articles about those planes, maintenance issues, tips, reviews etc. not on aircraft that is beyond our reach.

I just can’t relate to most of the articles in the magazine. Is it me or AOPA is just moving to a different direction?
