I excited to go to my first fly in with my daughter who's learning to fly. I registered to attend the AOPA Fly In at Normon, OK this September. Anyone been to an AOPA Fly In before? Worthwhile? Anything not to miss? I think we are going to camp ... do you just pitch a tent next to your aircraft or how does that work? I'd love any advice or tips for a successful trip.
