We have a 1974 Piper Arrow II with a broken recoil spring in the pilot side harness inertial reel and are looking for assy p/n 1107319-13. We have checked out the usual sources such as Piper, salvage companies, and ebay with no luck. We'd really like to get just the recoil spring if possible.
