Just wondering as it seems to have went to the backburner. Is the NTSB finding this is a issue with the flight school maintenance or student pilots?

Very curious as an owner of a mid-high time Archer II. 9,700 hours who flys out of a grass strip (2,600' strip, fair to good condition, but when I land I have to hit an area no room to glide down the runway and grease every landing), with family a lot. SB886 performed about 4,000 hours ago. Would love to have NDT inspection done to those bolt holes at this point for various reasons: hours and just for peace off mind (if I was only flying in it, wouldn't really be much of a concerned).
